This class has elements of strength, power, mobility, calisthenics, gymnastics, breath, and so much more. It’s more of an education piece than a workout, but don’t think you won’t be working. Think movement workshop four times a week with education and philosophy thrown in.


We take life back to the first movement that was ever you…your breath. The origins of human movement. We build from there as we unglue ourselves and become the mobile humans we were meant to be.


This is the program that fills the gaps of any other program on the planet. You will become a better mover, a better athlete, a better human. The philosophy here runs deep so you might want to bring pen and paper.
