Bio
John grew up playing all the sports through high school in northern Michigan. He earned his B.S. in Biophysiology at Northern Michigan University in 2015. John served as an Army officer for 7 years. During that time, he earned his M.S. in Exercise Science with a focus in Human Nutrition from Liberty University as well as his USAW – Level 1 certification. John’s official coaching experience started as a Strength and Conditioning Coach Intern at the University of Louisville.
